Remote Learning; Keep Yourself Happy and Safe

Please take time to read through these documents before and during your time working from home. It is important to understand and be aware of your mental health and ensure we are looking after ourselves at all times. 

Mental Health First Aid (England) provide a plethora of valuable information for you to look through. Animations and fact sheets with tips on how to stay well when working remotely, including a British Sign Language version from the Royal Association for Deaf People. Updated lists of resources to signpost to, including latest advice from Public Health England on supporting mental health and wellbeing during this pandemic.

  • Empower Half Hour – 30 minute activities to boost your wellbeing during the workday
